Indexer incorrectly removes a non-ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World item during the reindex operation. Refer to the workaround to ensure this item is not removed from the index when disabling ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World.
Workaround
In ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3, follow these steps below to get the index in sync after disabling ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World.
- Locate the livingatlas_items.txt file installed on the Portal for ArcGIS machine (the default Windows location is C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\framework\template).
- Open the file and remove the item, ID: 84ce0f16683d445aaa066057c88fadae.
- Save and close the file.
- Run a search re-index operation.
In ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4:
- Using the top search bar in the Enterprise portal, search ".lapk".
- Delete any .lapk files from your portal.
