Additional Information
The directions provided by the routing service attached to this issue are working in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1.Workaround
- Use Map Viewer Classic for directions.
- Use ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1. The workflow works with Map Viewer Classic and Map Viewer Beta 5.
