Difficulty in distinguishing the fields view when accessing via the layer's context menu versus the Data Source's context menu.

Additional Information

The difference in behavior is by design. We make the assumption that if you open Fields View from a layer in the Table of Contents, you might want to make changes to the underlying data source (hence the option). However, you are not bound to the layers in your current map when you open Fields View from the Catalog Pane. You are not modifying a layer when you take this option, you are only modifying the data source.
