Additional Information
The Create Locator Geoprocessing tool provides the resolution to this issue. The issue will not be addressed with locators created with the Create Address Locator Geoprocessing tool. The Create Address Locator Geoprocessing tool has been deprecated since ArcGIS Pro 2.6.Workaround
- Use the ArcGIS StreetMap Premium locators. Refer to my.esri.com for more information.
- Build a locator using the Create Locator tool.
