Deploying using the Portal for ArcGIS highly available CloudFormation template on Amazon Web Services (AWS) fails to deploy if no Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate is specified in the CloudFormation template parameters.

Workaround
The current workaround is to specify an SSL certificate when deploying the CloudFormation template in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2.
