Deploying ArcGIS Solutions Gas Data Management for ArcGIS Online and Citizen Problem Reporter results in the error message "failed to deploy" and creates a folder in ArcGIS Online which can not be deleted due to the error message "Folder could not be deleted since some of the items are delete protected".
