Deploying ArcGIS Enterprise using ArcGIS Enterprise Cloud Builder 10.7.1 for Microsoft Azure fails when using an existing public IP address.

Additional Information

This will be addressed in 10.8, but not plans to backport the fix to prior versions. As a workaround - use a Public IP resource called (PublicIP) in the same resource group.

Workaround

Create the public IP address during the cloud builder deployment and remove the existing one from Microsoft Azure if necessary.
