Deleting the 'Fields list' section from the pop-up configuration in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer is not maintained when saving the web map.

Currently, the pop-up requires at least one element to be present. A workaround for this is to add a text element and a space, which causes the pop-up to appear empty in this scenario.Workaround
Instead of deleting the entire 'Fields list' section, click this section and individually remove all of the fields from it. The 'Fields list' section displays 0/TotalNumber fields, and the field information does not show in the pop-up. This change is maintained when the web map is saved.
