Deleting an item that participates in a gallery card in Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1 that has a site in it corrupts the Gallery card and prevents any further adding or deleting of elements in it.

Additional Information

The issue is not reproducible in Portal for ArcGIS 10.8.1. It is recommended that systems be upgraded to at least 10.8.1 or later.

Workaround

Re-Create the Gallery Card.
