Deleting a side loaded basemap (TPK file) using the Map Library within Survey123 for ArcGIS app does not remove the TPK from the Maps Library or from the Windows device.

Workaround

The TPK must be manually deleted from \Users\<USER>\ArcGIS\My Surveys\Maps folder.
