This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Survey123. If the issue occurs, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.

Workaround

  • Update the submission URL in Survey123 Connect to the Parent Hosted Feature Layer and republish to ArcGIS Online in Survey123 Connect.
  • Delete the view in ArcGIS Online.
  • Make the appropriate changes in the attribute table in ArcGIS Online.
  • Recreate the view in ArcGIS Online.
  • Update and republish the submission URL with the new view layer item ID in Survey123 Connect.
