Deleting a feature from a web feature layer in ArcGIS Pro with a rule violation flagged as an exception does not delete the error from the Error Inspector table.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.Workaround
When encountering an orphaned exception error, the only workaround to remove the orphan errors is to delete the validation rule that caused the error. This deletes all errors associated with the rule. Then, recreate the validation rule. A re-evaluation is required to generate the new errors.
