Deleted geoprocessing services are showing up in ArcGIS Server debug logs with the error message "Unable to get service usage timeout for <ServiceName>. Defaulting to server directory timeout. GP Service null/<ServiceName> not found." returned.

Workaround
Delete the orphaned geoprocessing service folders in the following location: \arcgisserver\directories\arcgisjobs.
Please have working backups or snapshots prior to deleting. Stop the ArcGIS Service(s) first before deleting the orphaned folders.
