Defined distance within the Near Me widget does not match the measured distance by the Measure widget in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1.

Additional Information
By default, Near Me measures distance using Euclidean buffer (Planar) but it has an option to choose a geodesic buffer. If the geodesic buffer option is used, the measured distance should be same or very close depending upon placing the point in exact same location.
