Setting up a rule for a question in the ArcGIS Survey123 web designer adds a relevant expression to show or hide the question based on the answer to another question. When the relevant expression evaluates to false, the question is hidden in the form and is nulled. When a geopoint question is nulled, it captures a latitude and longitude value of (0, 0) instead of the default location set in the web designer.Steps to Reproduce
