Additional Information

The team apologizes for being unable to address this issue within the current product support cycle. If the issue continues to affect any work with map services published from ArcGIS Pro to a supported release of ArcGIS Enterprise, please contact Esri Support Services.

Workaround

Use the CAST function in the Query Layer SQL statement and change the REAL data type field to the Float data type.

For example:

  1. Select Scada_Tag, DateTime, and CAST(Most_Recent AS FLOAT) AS Most_Recent from scadadata.dbo.Scada_Most_Recent_vw.
  2. In ArcMap > Scada_Most_Recent_vw, set the decimal values on the Most_Recent field (right-click the field > Properties > Numeric > Number of decimal places: 2).
  3. Publish the map service to Portal for ArcGIS.
