Customers may opt to remove day of week (EEE) formatting to avoid a mismatch between day of week and actual date. For information on date, upgrading to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 provides an alternative approach to period labeling aligning with INTL date formats. This issue is not reproducible on ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 or later.
