When published, dates are stored in UTC. When the web layer or web map is viewed in ArcGIS Pro, the date format shared is displayed as authored. However, Map Viewer displays dates or times using a default format which can be changed. Refer to this link for more information: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/manage-data/work-with-date-fields.htm. Prior to publishing, it is possible to customize the attribute display in a pop-up using an Arcade expression. If the pop-up is authored with an Arcade expression, the formatting persists and does not require a format change in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise.Steps to Reproduce
