Database Server Desktop 10.4.1 installation fails with the following error, "The application has failed to start because its side-by side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail" on Windows 10 if visual C++ Redistributable package 2008(x64) is missing.
