Additional Information

This is as-designed. When registering a table with the geodatabase, an ArcGIS-managed ObjectID field is required. It has certain requirements and restrictions. When choosing an existing field that has keys, constraints, sequences, and identity types applied, they are removed during the registration process.

Workaround

Use a dedicated column as the Object ID. Do not use the ID column as the Object ID.
