This issue is logged against Map Viewer Classic (ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 3.x), which is now deprecated. Refer to the deprecation notice: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662 The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer (ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 4.x). Use the Map Viewer for all workflows.
