This issue was logged against a version of the software which is no longer supported, and has not had activity in some time. - Symbolize the data in the Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer.
- Publish the data as a hosted tile service or a map service published directly to ArcGIS for Server.
- Change the number of decimals in the float field from eight to ten and publish a new hosted service.
