Workaround

To see the answers submitted anonymously, follow the steps provided below.1. Locate the feature layer view that is created in the survey folder in ArcGIS Online when the survey was published. 2. Add the layer to a new map.3. In the map viewer, click More Options under the layer name, and select Set View Definition > Define Fields. 4. Check all the fields to be visible, and save the changes. Once this setup is completed, the responses submitted by anonymous users are recorded.
