DATA SPECIFIC - When adding TIFF files into ArcGIS Pro, a lower drawing quality is seen at a small scale than when TIFF files are added into ArcMap and is viewed at the same scale.

Convert rasters into different file formats in ArcGIS Pro using the Copy Raster tool. When converting TIFF to a raster dataset within a file geodatabase, a small improvement in display at small scale is observed.
