Data originating in PostGreSQL, projected as Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere, experiences more latency when published as a Map Service than the same data, also projected as Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere, originating from a file geodatabase and published as a Map Service.

Additional Information

This is expected behavior. File geodatabases will have better latency than a database. This is a database performance tuning issue, not a bug with ArcGIS for Server.
