This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.4 and 3.6.Workaround
When selecting the table to be added to the Workbench, manually add the schema name to the feature class name. For example, if the Workbench loads the table as SDE.Eco/FeatureForEco, edit the name to be SDE.Eco/SDE.FeatureForEco.
