Workaround
- This occurs in the ArcGIS Online web map and web app.
- This occurs in Portal for ArcGIS 10.5.
- This behavior is fixed in Portal for ArcGIS 10.5.1 (attribute table refreshes real time with time slider). However in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, the behavior still occurs (attribute table must be closed and reopened).
