Additional Information
The shapefile can be imported in ArcCatalog using the shapefile import GP tool. The imported feature class previews ok in ArcCatalog.Workaround
Register the feature class with the geodatabase using the Register with Geodatabase tool after running 'shp2sde -o create'.Steps to Reproduce
