Data cannot be loaded into a raster catalog from ArcCatalog when a raster column is sdo_georaster and a shape column is sdo_geometry or st_geometry, using the copyraster geoprocessing tool.

Workaround
Convert either the raster column to a BLOB datatype or the feature column to a BLOB column.Currently you cannot have a raster column that stores the raster column as an sdo_georaster and the feature column as an sdo_geometry or an st_geometry.Steps to Reproduce
