Bug
Dashboard list does not update with the most recent edits if the source layer has a view created from it, and if the edit is synced from an offline map using ArcGIS Collector.

Duplicate of BUG-000131980: This is a duplicate of BUG-000131980.Workaround
Temporary fixes include:
- Changing the 'Maximum Features Displayed' count in the dashboard each time an update is made.
- Changing the cache control setting to "Never" temporarily.
- Renaming the layer from the item details page.
However, when the next feature is added or an update has been made to an existing feature, another workaround is required.
