Workaround

1. Create a Continuous Color Scheme with only 2 color stops, one at the beginning and one at the end.2. Save the Color Scheme as a Style3. Select the Color Scheme as the Color Ramp and adjust the percentage. Once the color ramp is selected, click the Color Ramp dropdown again and select Format Color Scheme...4. In the Color Scheme Editor, adjust the color stops that they are significantly different from the original color stops.5. Click OK. The Color Ramp parameter in the Raster Function window reflects these changes. The Shaded Relief function's output honors the change.
