CustomContent popup element does not work properly with using creator() function and return the error function: "Exception: TypeError: 'caller', 'callee', and 'arguments' properties may not be accessed on strict mode".

The API reference documentation states that the Popup.open method takes a content property that accepts only string, htmlelement, or a widget. In this case, a PopupTemplate is trying to be autocast to it. This will not work and is not designed to do so.
