Custom locators created in ArcGIS Pro 3.5 fail to return StreetBetween results, whereas the StreetBetween results can be generated using custom locators created in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.

Additional Information
The ability to search for a location on the street between two cross streets is only supported for locators created for the United States. The result is at the midpoint of the line between the two cross streets.Steps to Reproduce
