Custom Data Setup - After creating a custom zip code BDS (Business Analyst Datasource) layer, joining third party data, and creating a custom variable, the resulting custom BDS layer's attribute table does not display and causes an issue where right-clicking any layer in the Table of Contents does not work until ArcMap is restarted.
