Bug

Custom administrators have the option to create a new folder when changing content ownership from the content list. However, this option must not be available, as custom administrators do not have the privilege to create a new folder for other members.

Workaround

  • Have a default administrator perform the workflow.
  • Have the intended new owner create a new folder in their content and move the content in the folder location.
