Cursor does not retain position when right-clicking a line to draw a new line using the Parallel, Perpendicular, Segment Deflection, or Replace Sketch options.

Workaround

1. Be extremely careful about not navigating away from the context menu after right-clicking a line 2. Use the Constrain Parallel or Constrain Perpendicular buttons from the 'Popup' Feature Construction window. This allows you to select Parallel or Perpendicular, then select the line to create the new features based upon. (Only a workaround for Parallel and Perpendicular)3. Use the hotkeys for Parallel, Perpendicular, or Segment Deflection
