CSV file does not display the required fields for Display X Y data when the file is used in two ArcMap sessions in ArcGIS 10.1.

Navigate to the folder with the .csv file and make a copy of the file with a different name.Add the copied file to ArcMap. The X Y field will be visible in Display X Y data.Steps to Reproduce
