This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer (4.x JS SDK). The Map Viewer Classic (3.x JS SDK) is now deprecated (Refer this deprecation notice link: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662). It is recommended that users use the Map Viewer for all their workflows.Workaround
- Use Map Viewer if using the ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 version and later.
- Upgrade ArcGIS Enterprise to the 10.9.1 version and later if using lower versions of ArcGIS Enterprise as Map Viewer is not available in the lower versions.
