Creating and uploading report templates and generating reports in the ArcGIS Survey123 website in certain versions of ArcGIS Enterprise fails and returns the error message, "errors: {"error":{"message":null,"code":-1},"success":false}, "Internal server-side error", or Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'visited')."

Workaround
