Creating an sdo_georaster returns LPX-00019 errors when ArcSDE attempts to create the Oracle XML document. This occurs with the latest 11.0.7 and 11.0.2 versions of Oracle.

Workaround

This problem is caused by Oracle BUG 12537431For more infomation read Esri Knowledge Base article 38940.The Oracle bug occurs will Oracle 11G R2.It does not occur at Oracle 11G R1.To work around this issue until it is fixed by Oracle Corp, uninistall Oracle 11G R2 and install the earlier Oracle 11G R1.
