Workaround

Make sure there are no field names longer than 31 characters. If there are, resolve the issue by following the steps below:

  1. Open the map in Map Viewer.
  2. Open the attribute table for the layer.
  3. Add a new field with a shorter name. The same field alias can be used.
  4. Use Field Calculator to calculate the existing values from the original field to the newly added field.
  5. Delete the original field.
  6. Save the map. Offline areas can be created.

Note that if the name of the original field is referenced anywhere (for example, in an expression, pop-ups, etc.), removing the field may affect those configurations. Update the configuration to replace the field name.
