Creating an Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) file using ArcGIS Pro SDK produces a corrupt file that crashes the EPS file viewer, and is six times larger than the file produced by ArcGIS Pro's Layout tool.

Additional Information

This issue of the ArcGIS Pro 2.4 SDK creating a larger file size and a file that could not be opened in a view was reproduced. The issue is addressed with ArcGIS Pro 2.5 due out in the beginning of 2020.
