Creating an address locator from ArcMap 10.8.2 fails, and returns the following error message, "Error 000042: Failed to create the address locator. Attribute column not found."

Workaround
- Create a locator with reference data from SQL Server or Oracle databases. The issue is only reproducible with data from the DB2 database.
- Create a locator with nonversioned data if using reference data from the DB2 database.
