Workaround

Navigate to C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\bin\Python\envs\arcgispro-py3\Lib\site-packages\arcgis\mapping and make a backup copy of the _type.py file. Open the _type.py file, make the following edits:

Line 3262 > if "nthday" in refresh_rates:

Line 3644 > if "nthday" in refresh_rates:
