Creating a trade area in ArcMap using the Business Analyst toolbar fails when the values in the Store ID field has a length larger than 18.

This issue is not addressed. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
Change the output format to shapefile. On the Business Analyst toolbar, click Preferences > Data, and select Shapefile as the output.
