Creating a single report in ArcGIS Online does not work when navigating to 'Reports' by clicking 'Create activity report' on the Overview tab of the organization page.

Workaround
- Open ArcGIS Online and log in.
- On the organization page, click the 'Status' tab.
- Click Reports.
- Click 'Create report' > 'Single report'. The 'Create report' window is now displayed as expected.
