Creating a replica from a hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online fails with a corrupted attachment when exporting as a file geodatabase and returns the error message "{"code":500,"message":"Exporting data for layer X failed. featureId = X. Exporting attachments for layer X failed. featureId = X. The specified blob does not exist. Status: 404 (The specified blob does not exist.) ErrorCode: BlobNotFound}".
