Creating a new hosted feature layer from a CSV file in Portal for ArcGIS with hyphens in the file name automatically replaces the hyphens with underscores after the ArcGIS Online June 2023 release, preventing the ability to overwrite the service with the same source file.

This is expected behavior. The ArcGIS Online UI returns an error message requesting the source file to be named with underscores instead of hyphens to match the source file stored in ArcGIS Online used to publish the hosted feature layer or table.Steps to Reproduce
