Creating a new file geodatabase using the New File Geodatabase option in the Catalog pane automatically offers to change the name of the folder and not the name of the file geodatabase.

This issue is not reproducible in the latest version of ArcGIS Pro.Workaround
- In the Catalog pane, right-click Databases (not a folder under Folders) and click New File Geodatabase.
- Do not open the previously saved project. Close the project and open ArcGIS Pro. On the start page, select 'Start without a template'.
- Create a new file geodatabase using the Create File Geodatabase geoprocessing tool.
