Bug
Creating a new feature on a hosted feature service and adding an attachment of size 7MB or greater in ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer fails and returns the error, "Edits could not be saved: Unable to load https://<service name>/applyEdits status: 500."

Workaround
Edit and add the feature first and save it on the map. Then edit the same feature and add the attachment to it.
